**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a detail\-oriented **Accountant** for our **Heavy Commercial Vehicle (HCV) / Truck Division**. The candidate will be responsible for managing day\-to\-day accounting operations related to vehicle transactions, expenses, and financial records. Prior experience in the trucking or transport industry will be an added advantage.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Maintain daily accounting records and entries
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Manage vehicle\-related expenses, fuel records, and trip sheets
• Prepare invoices, billing, and payment follow\-ups
• Maintain ledger accounts and bank reconciliations
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
• Prepare basic financial reports and MIS
• Coordinate with internal teams for financial data

**Required Skills \& Qualifications:**

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or relevant field
• 2\-5 years of accounting experience (preferably in transport/trucking industry)
• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills
