Astha Ferro Alloys is a growing ferro alloys manufacturer based in Raipur, scaling up its plant operations. We're building a strong in-house finance function and looking for an experienced accounts professional to own it.

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Manager - Accounts to own the day-to-day accounting and finance operations of our ferro alloy manufacturing business. You will run the books, keep us fully compliant on statutory matters, manage invoicing, payables and banking, and work closely with our external Chartered Accountant. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role at the heart of a fast-scaling manufacturing setup.

**Responsibilities:**

• **Bookkeeping & Accounting:** Maintain complete, accurate books in Tally Prime; run month-end closing, ledger scrutiny and reconciliations; maintain the fixed-asset register.
• **Statutory Compliance:** File GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B, 2B reconciliation, ITC, RCM on freight); manage TDS/TCS including TCS on scrap; deposit PF/ESI; track all due dates; coordinate income tax and ROC filings with the external CA.
• **Invoicing & Dispatch:** Raise daily sales invoices, generate e-invoices and e-way bills, and ensure complete dispatch documentation.
• **Vendor Invoices & Payables:** Process vendor invoices with PO-GRN-invoice matching, route approvals, run vendor reconciliations and manage payables.
• **Banking & Treasury:** Handle day-to-day banking and bank reconciliations; manage CC/OD limits and support LC/BG for procurement.
• **Inventory & Cost:** Account for raw materials, stores, WIP and finished goods; reconcile physical stock; track power and raw-material costs and prepare a basic cost MIS.
• **MIS & Reporting:** Manage receivables; prepare monthly MIS, cash-flow and dashboards for management.
• **Coordination & Controls:** Liaise with the external CA and auditors; maintain internal controls and documentation; supervise junior accounts staff.

**Requirements:**

• 5–8 years in accounts & finance, with the ability to run a full-charge books function; manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• B.Com/M.Com; CA-Inter or CMA-Inter a strong advantage.
• Hands-on expertise in Tally Prime, GST, and TDS/TCS; advanced MS Excel; bank reconciliation.
• Knowledge of e-invoicing/e-way bills, inventory/cost accounting and banking operations is an advantage.
• High accuracy, deadline discipline, ownership, and unquestionable integrity.
• Strong coordination and communication skills (English & Hindi).

**Experience:**

5-8 years in a similar profile.
