What does a Featured post get me?
Featured jobs are pinned above all regular listings with a gold star badge and appear in the homepage featured strip. They typically receive 3–5× more candidate views than basic posts.
How fast can my job go live?
Basic posts are reviewed and published within 24 hours. Featured and Urgent posts get priority review — usually live within a few hours on working days.
How do candidates contact me?
You choose: WhatsApp, phone call, an application form on the site, or your own application link. Most Raipur employers prefer WhatsApp — candidates respond fastest there.
Do you offer refunds?
If we cannot publish your job for any reason, you get a full refund. Once a paid listing is live, fees are non-refundable, but we will work with you to fix any issue with the listing.
