These terms apply to employers, recruiters, and businesses that post jobs on JobsInRaipur.in. They work alongside our Job Posting Policy and overall Terms & Conditions.

Posting responsibly

  • You confirm you are authorised to advertise each role and that the details are accurate.
  • Listings must describe real, currently open positions — no fake, bait, or data-collection posts.
  • You must keep listings up to date and remove roles that are filled or withdrawn.
  • You will follow our Job Posting Policy at all times.

Prohibited conduct

  • Charging candidates any fee, deposit, or payment to apply, join, or receive salary or documents.
  • Discriminating unlawfully, or posting adult, illegal, MLM, or misleading “opportunities”.
  • Misrepresenting the company, pay, role, or working conditions.
  • Misusing candidate data for anything other than the specific hiring process.

Candidate data

When candidates apply, you receive only the information needed for that application. You must use it strictly for hiring communication, keep it secure, and not sell or share it or use it for unrelated marketing. Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Moderation and removal

We may review, edit, reject, suspend, or remove any listing or account that breaks these terms or our policies, without notice where necessary to protect candidates. Repeated or serious violations may result in a permanent ban.

No guarantee

We provide a platform to advertise roles; we do not guarantee a number of applications, the quality of candidates, or any hiring outcome. You are responsible for your own selection, verification, and onboarding decisions.
