How We Source Jobs

We believe job seekers deserve to know where a listing comes from. This page explains exactly how jobs appear on JobsInRaipur.in, how we add value to them, and how we keep them current.

Two kinds of listings

Every job on JobsInRaipur.in comes from one of two clearly-labelled sources:

  • Direct employer posts. Local employers and recruiters register and post roles themselves through our Post a Job flow. These carry the employer’s own details and apply method.
  • Aggregated public listings. We also surface openings that employers have published on public job sources. For these, each listing shows a source label so you always know where it originated, and links you to the genuine way to apply.

The value we add

We do not simply republish other people’s listings word-for-word. For every job we present a consistent, structured summary that helps you decide quickly and apply safely, including:

  • A clean job title, company (or an honest “confidential”), and location.
  • Normalised salary, experience, and job-type labels — or “Not disclosed” when the data is missing.
  • Our own plain-language overview, who-should-apply notes, and how-to-apply steps.
  • A scam-safety reminder and a one-tap way to report a fake job.
  • Related local roles and relevant career guidance.

Keeping listings honest and current

  • We show a posted/updated date on listings so you can judge how fresh a role is.
  • Listings expire and are removed automatically once they are no longer valid — we do not present old roles as current.
  • We never invent details. Missing information is labelled honestly rather than guessed.
  • We remove listings that are fake, misleading, or that ask candidates for money.

What we do not do

  • We do not post fake jobs or roles created only to collect personal data.
  • We do not charge job seekers any fee — the platform is free to use.
  • We do not copy full third-party descriptions and pass them off as our own original writing.

Tell us about a listing

If a listing looks wrong, outdated, or unsafe, please use Report a Fake Job or our Content Removal Policy. For how we write and review content, see our Editorial Policy.
