Job Posting Policy

These rules apply to every job posted on or aggregated by JobsInRaipur.in. They exist to keep listings genuine, safe, and useful for job seekers in Raipur and Chhattisgarh.

Last updated: June 2026

Who can post

Registered employers, recruiters, and hiring businesses can post openings directly. Aggregated listings are collected from public job sources and clearly show their source. By posting, an employer confirms they have the authority to advertise the role and that the details are accurate.

What every listing must include

  • A clear, accurate job title that matches the actual role.
  • The hiring company or a stated reason it is confidential.
  • Location (Raipur or the relevant Chhattisgarh city).
  • An honest description of the work, and the genuine way to apply.
  • Salary, experience, and job type where available — or an honest “Not disclosed”.

Prohibited listings

We do not allow, and will remove, postings that:

  • Are fake, duplicated, or designed only to collect personal data or resumes.
  • Charge candidates a fee, deposit, or “registration charge” to get a job, or ask for money to release salary or documents.
  • Promise guaranteed jobs, guaranteed income, or unrealistic earnings.
  • Are misleading about the role, company, pay, or working conditions.
  • Promote adult, illegal, unsafe, discriminatory, or MLM/chain-recruitment “opportunities”.
  • Discriminate unlawfully on caste, religion, gender, or similar grounds.
  • Require candidates to buy products or kits as a condition of employment.

Accuracy and expiry

Employers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and must remove or update roles that are filled or withdrawn. Listings carry a posted/updated date and expire automatically so that stale openings are not shown as current.

How we moderate

We review reported listings and may remove or suspend any posting (or account) that breaks this policy, without notice where needed to protect candidates. We also add a safety note and a Report a Fake Job option to listings so candidates can flag problems quickly.

For job seekers

A genuine employer will never ask you to pay to get a job. Please read our Job Seeker Safety guide before applying, and verify any company before sharing documents or money.
