**Role Overview**

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven individual who can manage Meta ads, create engaging content, and design visually appealing graphics to promote our brand and generate leads.

**Key Responsibilities1. Meta Ads Management**

• Plan, create, and manage ad campaigns on Facebook & Instagram
• Optimize ads for lead generation and conversions
• Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies accordingly
• Analyze insights and prepare basic performance reports

**2. Content Creation**

• Create engaging reels, posts, and captions (Hindi + English mix preferred)
• Develop content strategies to increase reach and engagement
• Shoot and edit short-form videos for social media

**3. Graphic Designing**

• Design creatives for ads, posts, banners, and promotions
• Maintain brand consistency across all visuals
• Work on tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar

**Requirements**

• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
• Creativity in content creation and social media trends
• Skills in graphic design tools (Canva/Photoshop)
• Basic video editing knowledge (Reels/Shorts)
• Good communication skills
• Interest in finance/trading is a plus
