**Role Description**

This is a full\-time on\-site role for a Digital Marketing Expert located in Raipur. The Digital Marketing Expert will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, and analyzing campaign performance. They will create and optimize web content, monitor website analytics, and work closely with the team to enhance the company's online presence and reach.

**Qualifications**

• Expertise in Marketing and Communication strategies
• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Web Content Writing
• Strong knowledge and experience in Web Analytics
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration and stakeholder communication
• Ability to analyze data, track performance metrics, and present actionable insights
• Familiarity with current trends and best practices in digital marketing
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field
• Manage and grow our presence across digital platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
• Create meaningful content aligned with mental health awareness and ethics
• Plan and execute digital campaigns for therapy services, programs, and initiatives
• Monitor analytics and optimize content performance
• Support brand storytelling with sensitivity and impact

**Who We’re Looking For**

• Understanding of digital marketing \& social media strategy
• Strong content and communication skills
• Empathy\-driven, ethical, and responsible in messaging
• Basic knowledge of analytics and performance insights
• Interest or experience in mental health, psychology, or wellness (preferred)

**Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
