**Job Summary**
We are looking for a creative and strategic Brand Manager to build and promote our company’s brand in the construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing brand image, marketing campaigns, handling leads, and increasing brand awareness through both digital and offline channels.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement brand strategies to promote company projects
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online \& offline)
- Manage social media platforms and digital presence
- Coordinate with designers, marketing team, and sales team
- Handle advertisements (hoardings, banners, brochures, etc.)
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms
- Organize promotional events and site branding activities
- Track campaign performance and generate reports
**Lead Handling \& Client Coordination**
- Handle leads generated through marketing activities
- First point of contact for clients – call and fix meetings
- Meet clients, understand their requirements, and explain project details
- Maintain proper follow\-up and coordination with clients
- Keep clients engaged and interested until final stage
- Arrange and coordinate final meeting with senior management/boss for deal closure
**Required Skills**
- Strong marketing and branding knowledge
- Good communication and client\-handling skills
- Digital marketing knowledge (Social Media, Ads, SEO basics)
- Sales and convincing ability
- Creativity and strategic thinking
**Educational Qualification**
- MBA (Marketing) / BBA / Graduate in related field
