Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Advocate to join our team as a Land Revenue Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling land revenue\-related legal matters, including title searches, due diligence, and litigation. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of land revenue laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
\- Conduct title searches and due diligence for land acquisitions
\- Handle land revenue\-related litigation and disputes
\- Prepare and review land revenue\-related documents, including sale deeds and agreements
\- Liaise with government authorities and other stakeholders
\- Provide legal advice on land revenue matters
\- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulations
Requirements:
\- LLB degree from a recognized university
\- 3\-5 years of experience in land revenue law and litigation
\- Strong knowledge of land revenue laws and regulations in \[State/Country]
\- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
\- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred:
\- Experience working with real estate companies
\- Knowledge languages (e.g., Hindi, English )
\- Familiarity with land revenue software and systems
