**Hiring For:** Elem Furnishing –Represented by The Impact Engine
**Salary Range:** ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)
**Work Schedule:** 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
**Work Mode:** On-site
**Working Days:** Sunday operational (weekly off in rotation)
**Location:** Elem, Ahead Lalpur Fruit Market, Devpuri, Pachpedinaka, Raipur, Chhattisgarh

**Role Overview**

We are hiring an **Aftersales Executive** to manage customer information, ensure timely follow-ups, and support after-sales coordination to provide a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to systematically track and manage customer interactions.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Maintain and regularly update customer details in the CRM system
• Monitor orders, delivery timelines, and service-related updates
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution and after-sales support
• Plan and conduct customer follow-ups for feedback, delivery confirmation, and service requirements
• Address customer concerns and escalate issues to the relevant teams when necessary
• Prepare and share periodic reports on follow-ups, complaints, and service progress
• Ensure accurate documentation and proper record maintenance for all customer communications

**Requirements**

• Prior experience in CRM handling, after-sales, or customer service coordination is preferred
• Proficiency in Excel and report preparation
• Strong communication and customer interaction skills
• Well-organized, detail-focused, and capable of handling multiple follow-ups efficiently
