**We’re Hiring – Architect Relationship & Operations Executive**
*(Plumbing Solution, Raipur)*
We’re looking for a **confident, well-spoken, and reliable person** who can build strong relationships with architects and smoothly handle day-to-day operations.
This role is a mix of **people skills + execution** — if you can talk well and get work done, you’ll grow very fast with us.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with **architects & clients**
- Regular follow-ups (calls & WhatsApp) — without being pushy or awkward
- Coordinate between **plumber team, dispatch, and suppliers**
- Manage material flow from order to site delivery
- Handle site updates, basic coordination, and communication
- Ensure smooth execution from enquiry → order → completion
**What We’re Looking For:**
- Age: Below 30 years
- Excellent communication (Hindi + basic English)
- Comfortable and confident on calls
- Should not hesitate talking to architects or professionals
- Strong follow-up habit (consistent, not lazy)
- Good coordination & multitasking ability
- Must have own vehicle
- Eager to learn and grow fast
**Compensation & Growth:**
- Base Salary + Incentives on performance

- Previous experience in plumbing / construction / sales = higher salary
**Location:** Raipur
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
