**Job Summary**

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Head for the real estate segment who will be responsible for handling premium/high-net-worth clients and driving high-value property sales. The candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong client-handling ability, and a proven track record in closing luxury deals.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Handle and convert premium/HNI clients for high-value real estate projects
• Lead end-to-end sales process from lead generation to deal closure
• Build and maintain strong relationships with elite clients and investors
• Manage and guide the sales team to achieve targets
• Develop sales strategies for luxury and premium property segment
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business

**Required Skills**

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong negotiation and closing ability
• Experience in handling HNI/UHNI clients
• Leadership and team management skills
• Good market knowledge of the real estate sector
