**Job Title: Team Leader – Retail Sales**
**Location:** Telibandha Raipur
**Experience:** 4–6 Years

**Role Overview:**
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Team Leader to manage showroom sales operations, lead a team of sales executives, and drive revenue growth while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Supervise and lead the retail sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets
• Train, motivate, and monitor team performance regularly
• Ensure excellent customer service and assist in closing high-value sales
• Manage showroom operations, including product display and stock coordination
• Track sales performance and prepare reports for management review
• Handle customer escalations and ensure quick resolution
• Maintain discipline and smooth workflow on the sales floor

**Required Skills:**

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Sales-driven mindset with target achievement focus
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems

**Qualification:**
Graduate / Relevant experience in retail sales

**Salary:** ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 + Incentives
