**Key Responsibilities:**

· Drive primary and secondary sales in the assigned territory.

· Appoint, manage, and develop distributors, dealers, and retail partners.

· Expand market presence and ensure product availability across channels.

· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

· Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.

· Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

· Plan and execute sales promotions, schemes, and branding activities.

· Ensure timely collection of payments and outstanding management.

**Required Skills:**

· Strong channel sales and distribution management skills.

· Experience in mobile accessories, consumer electronics, telecom, or sales preferred.

· Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

· Good analytical and reporting skills.

· Target-oriented with strong market knowledge.

· Leadership and team management skills.

**Qualification:**

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

· MBA preferred.

**Experience:**

3–6 years of experience in sales, preferably in mobile accessories / consumer electronics / telecom industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
