**Job Title:** Mechanical AGM (Construction – Roads/Railway/Flyover)

**Role Overview**
The Mechanical AGM will lead and manage all mechanical engineering functions for infrastructure projects including roads, railway works, and flyovers. The role focuses on equipment management, execution support, cost efficiency, and ensuring timely project delivery.
**Key Responsibilities1. Project Execution & Planning**
- Oversee mechanical aspects of road, railway, and flyover construction projects
- Plan deployment and utilization of heavy machinery (batching plants, crushers, DG sets, transit mixers, etc.)
- Ensure timely availability and maintenance of equipment
**2. Equipment & Fleet Management**
- Manage construction equipment lifecycle (procurement, maintenance, breakdown control)
- Monitor equipment productivity and fuel efficiency
- Maintain logs, service schedules, and utilization reports
**3. Vendor & Contractor Coordination**
- Coordinate with equipment suppliers and subcontractors
- Negotiate AMC/service contracts and spare parts procurement
- Ensure timely mobilization and demobilization of machinery
**4. Cost Control & Budgeting**
- Prepare mechanical budgets for projects
- Control operational costs (fuel, maintenance, spares)
- Analyze cost vs utilization for optimization
**5. Quality & Safety Compliance**
- Ensure all machinery complies with safety standards
- Implement preventive maintenance practices
- Conduct safety inspections and audits at sites
**6. Team Leadership**
- Lead mechanical engineers, supervisors, and operators
- Train staff on equipment handling and safety practices
- Allocate manpower across multiple project sites
**7. Coordination & Reporting**
- Work closely with project managers and planning teams
- Provide daily/weekly reports on equipment status and project support
- Resolve site-level mechanical issues quickly
**Required Qualifications**
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Additional certifications in equipment management/project management (preferred)
**Experience**
- **Minimum 10 years** in construction/infrastructure sector
- Experience in **roads, railway, and flyover projects is mandatory**
- Prior experience in leadership/AGM or senior managerial role preferred

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
