Position: **Assistant ManagerTalent Acquisition**

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage end-to-end hiring processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Build strong talent pipelines for academic and non-academic positions.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
• Handle job postings across portals, social media, and professional networks.
• Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, hiring trackers, and reports.
• Drive employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
• Manage recruitment consultants and external hiring partners.
• Ensure timely closure of positions within defined TAT.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, and networking.
• Good understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring analytics.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelors/Master’s degree in HR or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Prior experience in education/school hiring preferred.
