**We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Assistant Professor in Electrical & Electronics Engineering to deliver high-quality teaching, support academic development, and contribute to research and innovation. The candidate should have strong subject knowledge and the ability to bridge theoretical concepts with practical applications.**
**Teach undergraduate engineering students.**
**Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment tools**
**Conduct laboratory sessions and guide students in practical experiments**
**Mentor students for academic projects, internships, and placements**
**Participate in curriculum development as per All India Council for Technical Education guidelines**
**Engage in research activities, paper publications, and technical seminars**
**Maintain records of attendance, internal marks, and academic progress**
**Support departmental activities such as workshops, guest lectures, and technical events**
**Essential:**
**B.E./B.Tech and M.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or relevant specialization**
**Preferred:**
**Ph.D. in relevant discipline (as per All India Council for Technical Education norms)**
**Good academic record**
**Strong communication and teaching skills**
**Freshers with M.Tech can apply**
**1-3 years of experience Preferred.**
**Strong knowledge of Electrical & Electronics subjects**
**Familiarity with simulation tools (MATLAB, Simulink, Multisim, etc.)**
**Practical exposure to lab equipment and circuits**
**Research orientation and analytical thinking**
**Student mentoring and problem-solving skills**
**Deliver engaging and effective classroom sessions**
**Continuously upgrade technical knowledge**
**Contribute to institutional growth, accreditation, and quality standards**
**Maintain discipline and professionalism in academic environment**
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
