Associate – Site Sales & Client Experience

**Location:** Tilda-Newra, Chhattisgarh

**About the Role**

We are looking for a confident and energetic **Site Sales & Client Experience Associate Manager** to manage on-site customer interactions and project presentations for our real estate developments.

The role involves conducting site visits, explaining project features, maintaining customer follow-ups, and ensuring clients are guided smoothly toward final discussions with management.

This is a front-end customer-facing role that requires strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Site Visit Management

• Conduct guided site visits and project walkthroughs for prospective customers.
• Explain project features, location advantages, amenities, and offerings clearly and confidently.
• Ensure clients have a positive and engaging site experience.

2. Customer Follow-Up & Coordination

• Coordinate with pre-sales team regarding scheduled visits.
• Maintain follow-ups with visiting clients and encourage final meetings with management.
• Coordinate customer queries and feedback professionally.

3. Site Operations & Reporting

• Ensure site office readiness and presentation standards.
• Maintain visitor records and follow-up updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements and updates.

**What We’re Looking For**

• Graduate (mandatory); Post-graduation will be an added advantage.
• **Experience: 2–3 years** in sales, customer-facing roles, hospitality, retail, or real estate preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in **Hindi**; basic English proficiency required.
• Smart, presentable, and confident personality.
• Strong interpersonal and follow-up abilities.
• Basic knowledge of **MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.**
• Must be disciplined, proactive, and customer-oriented.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
