Job Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day back office operations
• Maintain customer and project records
• Prepare quotations, invoices & documentation
• Coordinate with sales and installation teams
• Data entry and MIS reporting
• Manage emails, calls, and client follow-ups
• Support tender and government portal documentation
• Maintain files and office records properly

Skills Required:

• Basic computer knowledge
• MS Excel, MS Word & Email handling
• Good communication skills
• Internet browsing and documentation skills
• Organized and responsible working style

Qualification:

• Graduate / Undergraduate

Preferred:

• Experience in solar company or office administration
• Knowledge of government portals/documentation is an advantage

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
