Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to join our Insurance Operations team. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day operational activities, maintaining records, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth processing of insurance-related work.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and documentation
• Coordinating with insurance companies and internal teams for smooth operations
• Managing customer data and maintaining accurate records
• Following up on pending cases, claims, and approvals
• Preparing quotations and assisting in policy servicing
• Maintaining MIS reports and operational data
• Ensuring timely and error-free processing of work
• Responding to client and team queries professionally

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
