Job Description – Dispatch Billing Executive

**Position:** Dispatch Billing Executive
**Location:** Guma, Raipur
**Salary:** Up to 20,000 per month
**Employment Type:** Full-Time
**Working Hours:** 9 Hours per Day

Job Summary

We are looking for a Dispatch Billing Executive with experience in the **Steel Industry** to manage dispatch documentation, billing processes, vehicle movement records, and logistics coordination. The candidate must have hands-on experience working with **Lighthouse Software** and a strong understanding of steel dispatch operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare dispatch invoices, weighment documents, e-way bills, and delivery challans.
• Handle dispatch billing activities through Lighthouse Software.
• Coordinate with production, stores, weighbridge, and logistics teams for timely dispatch of finished goods.
• Maintain accurate records of material dispatches, vehicle movements, and customer deliveries.
• Verify dispatch quantities, billing details, and supporting documentation.
• Generate daily dispatch reports and MIS for management review.
• Ensure compliance with company dispatch procedures and documentation requirements.
• Resolve billing and dispatch-related discrepancies in coordination with concerned departments.
• Support smooth loading, dispatch, and logistics operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Dispatch Billing.
• Experience in the **Steel Industry is mandatory**.
• Hands-on working knowledge of **Lighthouse Software** is mandatory.
• Knowledge of dispatch documentation, billing processes, e-way bills, and logistics coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
