Billing Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Billing Executive to join our client's team in Raipur. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in billing operations, invoicing, and accounting software, particularly Tally. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate invoices, maintaining billing records, and coordinating with internal departments for smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage customer invoices and billing documents.
• Maintain accurate billing records and transaction details.
• Perform data entry and accounting activities in Tally.
• Reconcile invoices and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Coordinate with accounts, sales, and dispatch teams.
• Prepare billing reports and MIS as required.
• Ensure compliance with company billing policies and procedures.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for audit purposes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in billing and accounting functions.
• Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in manufacturing, trading, or industrial sectors will be an advantage.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
