**Position**: Billing Executive
**Location:** Guma, Raipur
**Employment Type:** Full-Time
**Office Timing:** 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
**Salary Range:** 30,000 – 35,000 per Month
**Industry:** Steel / MS Pipe Manufacturing

**Job Overview**

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible **Billing Executive** to manage billing operations, invoicing, dispatch documentation, and coordination activities within the manufacturing setup.

**Prior experience in the MS Pipe manufacturing industry is mandatory for this role.**

The candidate should possess strong knowledge of GST billing, E-way bills, dispatch coordination, and commercial documentation related to steel and MS pipe manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate invoices, E-way bills, and dispatch documentation
• Handle billing and commercial documentation activities
• Coordinate with dispatch, stores, accounts, and production departments
• Maintain billing records and dispatch reports accurately
• Ensure timely preparation of invoices and transport documents
• Monitor material movement and dispatch schedules
• Coordinate with transporters and logistics teams
• Ensure compliance with GST and billing procedures
• Support commercial and dispatch operations as required

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in Commerce or related field
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience
• **Mandatory experience in MS Pipe manufacturing industry**
• Strong knowledge of GST billing, E-way bills, and invoicing
• Knowledge of Tally/ERP systems preferred
• Good coordination, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a manufacturing environment
