**Key Responsibilities** -
**Lead Generation**
- Research and identify prospective clients including fund managers, asset managers, family offices, and financial intermediaries across target geographies.
- Execute outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate qualified leads for Fundtec, Unefund, and Tychi Portal.
- Build and maintain targeted prospect lists using databases, industry directories, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other research tools.
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and market signals that create business development opportunities.
**Lead Management & Nurturing**
- Own and maintain the lead pipeline in the CRM, ensuring accurate tagging, status updates, and follow-up scheduling.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads against defined criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline) before handing off to senior team members.
- Design and manage drip sequences and follow-up workflows to keep prospects engaged over longer sales cycles.
- Track conversion metrics across funnel stages and provide weekly pipeline reports with actionable insights.
**Requirements**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or inside sales within SaaS, fintech, or professional/financial services.
- Demonstrated ability to run outbound campaigns and manage a lead pipeline end-to-end.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or equivalent prospecting tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Based in Kolkata or Raipur, with willingness to work from office as required.
