HIRING Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh
Salary:
- Freshers: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000
- PEB experienced candidates: Salary negotiable as per interview
Roles \& Responsibilities (PEB Industry):
- Lead generation \& business development for PEB projects
- Identify potential clients (industrial sheds, warehouses, factories, etc.)
- Client meetings, site visits \& requirement understanding
- Prepare \& follow up on quotations and techno\-commercial proposals
- Coordinate with design/engineering teams
- Close deals \& maintain long\-term client relationships
Requirements:
- Graduate / Undergraduate / Diploma
- Freshers \& experienced both can apply
- PEB / steel structure experience preferred
- Good communication \& negotiation skills
- Willing to travel for meetings \& site visits
