Trainee / Junior PLC Operator – Ferro Alloys Unit

**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a **B.Sc. (Science) graduate fresher** to join as a Trainee PLC Operator in our Ferro Alloys plant. The candidate will assist in operating and monitoring PLC\-based systems used in furnace operations, learn industrial automation, and support smooth plant functioning under the guidance of senior engineers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in operating and monitoring **PLC/SCADA systems** for furnace and plant equipment
- Observe and record process parameters such as temperature, load, and power consumption
- Support senior operators in handling **automation systems and control panels**
- Identify basic faults/alarms and report to the concerned team
- Maintain daily logs of operations, alarms, and production data
- Assist in routine inspection of PLC panels, sensors, and field instruments
- Follow all **safety procedures and plant SOPs**
- Coordinate with maintenance teams during breakdowns
- Learn and support basic troubleshooting of PLC systems
**Educational Qualification:**
- **B.Sc. (Physics/Chemistry / Electronics / Instrumentation / Computer Science) 2024\-2025 passout**
- Basic knowledge of industrial automation or PLC will be an added advantage
**Required Skills:**
- Basic understanding of **PLC, SCADA, and industrial processes**
- Computer knowledge (MS Excel, basic data entry)
- Willingness to learn and work in plant environment
- Good observation and problem\-reporting skills
- Ability to work in **rotational shifts**
