Call Center Executive

Hiring Customer Support Executives for the (CSPDCL) process in Raipur. Candidates will handle customer calls, provide service-related information, and maintain accurate records as per operational guidelines.

This is a fixed salary, non-target-based role.

**Salary**

₹11,000 – ₹13,000 per month CTC

**Eligibility**

Graduate with 12 months relevant experience

OR

HSC with minimum 18 months relevant experience

Chhattisgarhi & Hindi mandatory

**Work Schedule**

6 days working

Rotational weekly off

**Shift timings:**

12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
