**Job Title:** Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

**Location:** Raipur (Candidate must be mumbai based)
**Experience:** 12–20 Years

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee the financial planning, fundraising activities, and overall financial management of the organization.

The selected candidate will work closely with the leadership team to support business growth, drive financial strategy, and manage investor relations. Candidates with exposure to capital markets and structured fundraising will be preferred.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Financial Strategy & Planning**

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Provide financial insights to support business growth and profitability

**Fundraising & Financial Coordination**

• Support fundraising initiatives, including equity and debt financing
• Liaise with financial institutions, advisors, and stakeholders

**Compliance & Governance**

• Ensure adherence to regulatory and statutory requirements
• Strengthen internal controls and risk management frameworks

**Investor Relations**

• Assist in investor communication and reporting
• Support preparation of financial presentations and disclosures

**Strategic Support**

• Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives and expansion plans

**Key Requirements**

• Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
• MBA (Finance) preferred
• 12–20 years of relevant experience in finance leadership roles
• Exposure to fundraising and financial structuring preferred
• Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

**Compensation**

• Compensation will be aligned with industry standards and candidate experience

**Additional Information**

• Preference for Mumbai-based candidates
• Prior experience in managing large-scale financial operations will be an advantage

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
