**About the Role:**

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our organization’s operational and business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in **banking and fintech**, and a proven track record in driving large-scale growth and operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Lead overall business operations and drive growth strategies across all functions.
• Identify new market opportunities, optimize existing processes, and implement scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to define company strategy and ensure execution.
• Oversee operational efficiency, financial performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams, fostering a results-driven culture.
• Manage risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements relevant to banking and fintech.
• Engage with stakeholders, partners, and investors to support business objectives.

**Qualifications & Experience:**

• **MBA from a top-tier (CAT A) college**.
• Minimum **15 years of work experience** in **banking, fintech, or related sectors**.
• Proven leadership experience at a senior management level, preferably COO, VP Operations, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of financial services, fintech ecosystems, and operational scalability.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
