Maa Kudargarhi Group is looking for an experienced and result-oriented **Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Mining** for our Corporate Office based in **Raipur (C.G.)**.

**Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Mining**

**Location:**

Corporate Office – Raipur, Chhattisgarh

**Key Requirement:**

The candidate must have strong experience in **Bauxite Mining Operations**.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Lead and oversee end-to-end mining operations
• Drive operational excellence and cost optimization
• Ensure statutory, environmental, and safety compliance
• Manage mine planning, production targets, and project execution
• Coordinate with government authorities and stakeholders
• Lead large operational teams and support business expansion initiatives

**Desired Candidate Profile:**

• 20+ years of experience in Mining Operations
• Mandatory experience in **Bauxite Mining**
• Strong leadership and strategic management skills
• Excellent understanding of mining operations and compliance

**Qualification:**

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering or related discipline
• First Class Mine Manager Certificate will be an added advantage
