Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur for a Customer Relationship Manager. The role involves maintaining and enhancing relationships with clients, serving as the primary contact for client communication, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing client inquiries, coordinating with design and project teams, ensuring timely updates on project progress, and addressing client feedback. Maintaining a high standard of professionalism and building long-term client relationships are integral to this role.
