**Job Description**

Alishan Green Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced **Construction Supervisor** to manage the construction of our new office building and supervise ongoing work at multiple sites.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Supervise daily construction work at the site
• Monitor and record **incoming materials** and **material consumption**
• Ensure proper use of materials to avoid wastage or theft
• Coordinate with contractors, labor, and vendors for smooth execution of work
• Maintain daily site reports including work progress and material tracking
• Ensure construction work is carried out as per drawings and company standards
• Check quality of work and ensure safety guidelines are followed
• After completion of the office project, supervise construction activities at other company sites as required
• Provide regular progress updates to management

**Requirements**

• Experience as Site Supervisor / Construction Supervisor
• Knowledge of construction materials and site operations
• Ability to manage workers and maintain daily reports
• Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred (not mandatory)
