**1\. SALES CRE (Customer Relationship Executive – Sales)** **Job Purpose**
To deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience by handling enquiries, follow\-ups, and ensuring seamless coordination between customers and the sales team.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle all **walk\-in, telephonic \& digital enquiries**
- Maintain **lead management system (LMS)** accurately
- Conduct **follow\-ups** for enquiries, test drives \& bookings
- Coordinate with **Sales Consultants** for customer appointments
- Ensure **premium hospitality** (BMW standards)
- Track **daily footfall \& enquiry reports**
- Assist in **test drive scheduling \& feedback collection**
- Maintain customer database \& **CRM hygiene**
- Support in **events, activations \& campaigns**
**KPIs**
- Lead conversion ratio
- Follow\-up efficiency
- Customer satisfaction score (CSI)
- Data accuracy in CRM
**Requirements**
- Graduate (MBA preferred)
- Excellent communication \& grooming
- Experience in **automobile/luxury retail** preferred
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools
**2\. AFTER SALES CRE (Customer Relationship Executive – Service)** **Job Purpose**
To ensure a premium ownership experience by managing service appointments, customer feedback, and retention activities.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle **service appointments \& inbound/outbound calls**
- Conduct **service reminder calls** (periodic maintenance)
- Manage **customer complaints \& escalations**
- Coordinate with **Service Advisors \& Workshop team**
- Track **vehicle status updates** and inform customers
- Conduct **post\-service feedback calls**
- Maintain **service CRM database**
- Ensure **customer retention \& repeat visits**
- Support in **service campaigns \& recall drives**
**KPIs**
- Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)
- Repeat service ratio
- Complaint resolution TAT
- Appointment conversion
**Requirements**
- Graduate (MBA preferred)
- Strong communication \& problem\-solving skills
- Experience in **automobile service / CRM preferred**
- Customer\-centric attitude
**Common Skills Required**
- Professional communication (Hindi \& English)
- Presentable personality (BMW luxury standards)
- Strong coordination \& multitasking ability
