Job Title : CRM Executive

Location: Mowa, Raipur (C.G.)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 1-2 Years

**Job Summary :**

Vaayu Shanti Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented CRM Executive/Manager to manage customer relationships, support the sales and marketing teams, and drive customer retention and business growth in the industrial filter bag and filtration solutions sector. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing leads, customers, sales pipelines, and CRM systems to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities :**

**CRM & Sales Support**

  • Manage and maintain the CRM system (leads, opportunities, customer data, follow-ups).
  • Track sales pipeline, inquiries, quotations, orders, and customer interactions.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on leads from sales, marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and website inquiries.
  • Coordinate with sales engineers and regional sales teams for customer engagement and closure.

**Marketing & Lead Management**

  • Capture and manage leads from exhibitions, trade fairs, digital marketing, and referrals.
  • Support marketing campaigns (email campaigns, product launches, promotions).
  • Segment customers by industry (cement, power plant, steel, chemicals, etc.) for targeted outreach.
  • Analyze campaign performance and lead conversion rates.

**Customer Relationship Management**

  • Act as a point of contact for key customers for order status, feedback, and service coordination.
  • Maintain customer history including specifications, filter bag types, order cycles, and service records.
  • Support customer retention initiatives, repeat orders, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Handle customer feedback and coordinate with technical/service teams for resolution.

**Reporting & Analysis :**

· Prepare regular CRM and sales reports (lead funnel, conversion rates, sales performance, customer retention).

· Provide insights to management on customer behavior, lost deals, and growth opportunities.

· Maintain accurate data for forecasting and planning.

**Required Skills & Competencies :**

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field

· 1–3 years of experience in CRM, sales coordination, or marketing support (B2B / industrial products preferred).

· Experience in **industrial products, filtration, filter bags, dust collectors, cement/power plant equipment** is a strong advantage.

· Strong coordination and communication skills with sales, marketing, and technical teams.

· Good knowledge of sales processes, lead nurturing, and customer lifecycle management.

· Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting dashboards, and data analysis.

· Organized, proactive, and customer-focused mindset.

· CRM tools (Zoho/Salesforce/HubSpot), B2B Sales Support, Lead Management, Customer Coordination, Reporting.

**Preferred Qualifications :**

  • Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Engineering**, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in **CRM, Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, or Marketing Support** (B2B/industrial sector preferred).
  • Prior experience in **industrial products, filtration systems, filter bags, dust collection systems, or process industries** (cement, power plant, steel, chemicals) will be an added advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with **CRM software** such as Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of **sales processes, lead management, customer lifecycle, and pipeline tracking**.
  • Proficiency in **MS Excel, reporting tools, and data analysis**.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with sales, marketing, and technical teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-up discipline.
