Customer Service Associate

You will be working as a Customer Service Associate at Reliance Retail. Your role will involve interacting with customers to provide assistance in finding products or services, responding to inquiries and feedback professionally, and processing transactions efficiently. Additionally, you will be responsible for upselling and cross-selling products, assisting in merchandising, and maintaining product availability through restocking and inventory monitoring. Key Responsibilities: - Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products or services. - Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner. - Provide accurate information about products, promotions, and store policies. - Process customer transactions at the checkout counter, including cash, card, and digital payments. - Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance customer satisfaction and meet sales targets. - Assist in merchandising and displaying products to attract customer attention. - Ensure product availability by restocking shelves and monitoring inventory levels. Qualification Required: - 12th Pass Please note that the job is open to male candidates aged between 20 to 30 years. The work schedule consists of 9-hour shifts for 6 days a week.
