About the Role
We're looking for a Customer Support Associate to join our team remotely from India. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them resolve issues quickly and ensuring a great experience with our products.
Responsibilities
• Handle inbound customer queries via email, chat, and phone
• Troubleshoot product issues and guide customers to resolution
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team with clear documentation
• Track and update tickets in the support system (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar)
• Identify recurring issues and flag them for the product/engineering team
• Maintain response time and resolution SLAs
• Contribute to internal knowledge base articles and FAQs
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in a customer support or customer success role
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Experience working US hours or with US/global customers
• Familiarity with support tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, or similar)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office setup
Nice to Have
• Experience supporting SaaS or tech products
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce)
• Basic technical troubleshooting ability (APIs, integrations, browser debugging)
