**About the Role**
Klaimify Private Limited is seeking a highly driven and experienced **Delivery Manager (ERP)** to lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects across multiple client engagements. This role demands strong expertise in ERP delivery lifecycle, stakeholder management, and execution governance to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery aligned with business objectives.
The ideal candidate will act as the primary owner of delivery success, ensuring seamless coordination between clients, functional consultants, and technical teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Requirement Analysis & Solution Structuring**
- Lead requirement discovery workshops and stakeholder discussions
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications (BRD/FRD)
- Align client expectations with ERP system capabilities
- Ensure structured breakdown of requirements into actionable tasks
**2. Project Planning & Delivery Governance**
- Define project roadmaps, sprint plans, and delivery milestones
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
- Drive adherence to delivery schedules through effective tracking mechanisms
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies
**3. Team Management & Coordination**
- Collaborate closely with functional consultants and development teams
- Assign tasks based on expertise and project priorities
- Track team productivity and ensure alignment with delivery goals
- Resolve bottlenecks, technical challenges, and cross-functional dependencies
**4. Client Engagement & Communication**
- Act as the single point of contact for clients during implementation
- Provide regular status updates, reports, and milestone reviews
- Manage change requests and control scope to avoid delivery risks
- Ensure high client satisfaction through proactive communication
**5. Quality Assurance & Testing**
- Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes
- Ensure proper tracking and resolution of defects/issues
- Validate system functionality and business alignment before deployment
**6. Deployment & Go-Live Management**
- Plan and execute go-live activities, including data migration
- Ensure smooth transition from implementation to support phase
- Monitor post-go-live stabilization and issue resolution
**Required Skills & Competencies**
**ERP & Domain Expertise**
- Strong experience in ERP implementations (ERPNext, SAP, Odoo preferred)

**Project & Delivery Management**
- Expertise in Agile / Hybrid project delivery methodologies

- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Asana, or Odoo Projects
- Familiarity with ERP configuration workflows and implementation frameworks
