**Job Description**

Alishan Green Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an **EHS engineer** to ensure safe working conditions and environmental compliance in our manufacturing plant. The candidate will be responsible for implementing safety policies, monitoring environmental regulations, and maintaining workplace safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Conduct **HIRA (Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment)** and **JSA (Job Safety Analysis)** for critical operations
• Ensure safe handling and storage of **chemicals and adhesives**
• Monitor **pollution control systems**
• Ensure compliance with **CPCB / State Pollution Control Board** and **Factories Act 1948**
• Conduct **safety audits and inspections**
• Organize **Toolbox Talks (TBT)** and safety training programs
• Manage **hazardous waste disposal** as per environmental regulations
• Maintain documentation for **ISO 45001 – Occupational Health & Safety**

**Qualifications**

• B.Tech / Diploma in **Environmental Engineering / Safety Engineering** or related field
• **1–3 years of experience** in manufacturing or industrial environment preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
