Job Summary
The Event Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events, workshops, seminars, and promotional activities for the organization. The role requires strong coordination, vendor management, budgeting, and marketing support to ensure smooth event execution and brand visibility.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Event Planning & Strategy
• Plan and organize online and Offline events such as workshops, seminars, wellness programs, corporate events, and brand campaigns.
• Develop event concepts aligned with the company’s marketing and brand strategy.
• Create event timelines, checklists, and execution plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams to finalize event objectives and deliverables.
2. Vendor & Partner Management
• Identify and manage vendors such as venues, decorators, catering services, printing agencies, and technical support teams.
• Negotiate vendor contracts and pricing to optimize event budgets.
• Ensure vendors deliver services as per the agreed standards and timelines.
3. Budgeting & Cost Control
• Prepare event budgets and ensure expenses remain within approved limits.
• Track event-related expenditures and maintain financial records.
• Provide cost optimization strategies without compromising event quality.
4. Event Execution & Operations
• Oversee the complete execution of events from setup to closing.
• Manage event logistics including venue setup, registration desks, branding materials, and technical arrangements.
• Ensure smooth coordination among speakers, guests, vendors, and participants.
• Handle on-ground event management and problem-solving during events.
5. Marketing & Promotion Support
• Coordinate with the marketing team for event promotions.
• Assist in planning promotional campaigns through social media, email marketing, and partnerships.
• Support the creation of event posters, invitations, and promotional materials.
• Ensure proper branding and visibility during events.
6. Collaboration & Partnerships
• Build partnerships with brands, influencers, organizations, and communities for collaborative events.
• Coordinate with collaborators and sponsors for event participation.
• Manage influencer or media engagement for event coverage.
7. Participant & Client Management
• Manage event registrations, confirmations, and communication with participants.
• Ensure a positive experience for attendees and guests.
• Address participant queries before and during events.
8. Post-Event Activities
• Conduct post-event evaluation and feedback collection.
• Prepare event performance reports including attendance, engagement, and outcomes.
• Identify improvements for future events.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in event management, marketing events, or corporate events.
Preferred Experience
• Experience in organizing workshops, wellness events, corporate seminars, or lifestyle events.
• Knowledge of social media promotion and influencer collaborations.
• Experience handling end-to-end event execution.
