Job Summary:

The Executive Assistant to the Director will be responsible for providing high-level administrative and coordination support to the Director. The role includes managing schedules, handling communications, coordinating meetings, maintaining records, and assisting in day-to-day operational and strategic activities to ensure smooth functioning of the Director’s office.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the Director’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.

Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the Director.

Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents as required.

Arrange meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points.

Coordinate with different departments for updates and task completion.

Manage travel arrangements, schedules, and event coordination for the Director.

Maintain proper documentation, records, and correspondence.

Support the Director in daily operational and administrative tasks.

Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
