**Job Summary:**
The Executive Chef will lead our kitchen team, overseeing menu development, food preparation, quality control, and inventory management. This role demands an enthusiastic leader who focuses on solutions rather than problems, brings maturity to high-pressure environments, and deeply understands organizational goals to foster a collaborative, efficient workplace.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Staying on toes all the time.
• Develop and execute innovative menus blending traditional and fusion cuisines, ensuring alignment with FSSAI standards and guest preferences.
• Manage daily kitchen operations, including staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations for chefs, stewards, and support teams.
• Maintain strict hygiene, quality control, and cost-efficiency while optimizing supply chain and vendor relationships.
• Lead by example with an enthusiastic approach, proactively solving operational challenges and inspiring the team to exceed targets.
• Collaborate with front-of-house and management to enhance customer experience, loyalty programs, and digital integrations like CRM tools.
• Monitor inventory, procurement, and wastage to support profitability and sustainability.

**Requirements:**

• An Individual that likes to explore food & can bring the fusion food on the table.
• 5+ years of experience as Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant, with expertise in pizza, Indo-Chinese, Punjabi, and Indian cuisines.
• Proven track record in team leadership, recipe innovation, and compliance with hospitality regulations (FSSAI)
• Enthusiastic and energetic personality with a solution-oriented mindset—turning challenges into opportunities.
• Mature professional who understands organizational dynamics, prioritizes teamwork, and thrives in fast-paced settings.
• Strong knowledge of digital tools (e.g., Google Sheets for inventory, WhatsApp API for communication).
• Excellent communication skills; culinary certification preferred.
