**Job Title: Executive – Hardware, Network & CCTV**

**Location:** Siltara Raipur (Plant Site)
**Salary:** 30,000 – 50,000 per month
**Experience:** Minimum 2+ years
**Job Objective**
To ensure smooth functioning, maintenance, and compliance of CCTV systems, IT hardware, and network infrastructure across the organization. Also, to provide timely IT helpdesk support and resolve asset-related issues.
**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Hardware Maintenance**
- Maintain and troubleshoot all IT hardware within the organization
- Monthly verification and maintenance of store-side hardware
- Manage and maintain Wi-Fi access points across plant and office locations
- Provide support for desktops, printers, video conferencing, and projectors
- Ensure proper maintenance of IT assets across all locations
- Maintain telephone systems and related network infrastructure
- Handle upkeep of tripod and boom barrier systems
- Manage and troubleshoot PA systems and related hardware
- Monitor physical infrastructure of the data centre
**2. Network Maintenance**
- Maintain organization-wide network systems and provide technical support
- Ensure compliance and maintenance of MPLS and ILL connections
- Maintain RF links between plant and corporate offices
- Support application servers and EPBX systems
- Provide end-to-end network troubleshooting and support
**3. CCTV Maintenance**
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of CCTV systems across all locations
- Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of CCTV assets
**Eligibility CriteriaQualification**
**Experience**
- Minimum 2 years in Hardware / Network / CCTV support roles
**Skills Required**
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure and hardware assets
- Advance knowledge of networking concepts
- Proficiency in MS Office
