An Executive Telecaller cum Back Office role combines outbound/inbound calling (lead generation, customer support, scheduling) with administrative duties (data entry, documentation, reporting) to support daily business operations. Key Responsibilities
• Telecalling & Sales: Making outbound calls to prospective clients, promoting services, and booking appointments.
• Customer Support: Handling inbound inquiries and following up with clients for feedback.
• Back Office Operations: Managing data entry, documentation, and maintaining client databases.
• Reporting: Preparing daily, weekly, or monthly operational reports.
• Coordination: Working with internal teams (e.g., sales, operations) to ensure smooth workflows.
• Administration: Handling emails, managing correspondence, and providing administrative support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience is highly valued.
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and strong telephone etiquette.
• Attributes: Excellent communication skills, ability to multitask, and strong organizational skills.
