Job Summary:
REAL Group - GK TMT is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our Finance team. The selected candidate will support accounting operations, taxation activities, investment reporting, and compliance functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
• Handle GST compliance, GST return filing, and reconciliations.
• Manage Income Tax and TDS-related compliances.
• Maintain investment tracking sheets, MIS reports, and investment-related documentation.
• Update and manage investment software and databases.
• Perform bank, ledger, and investment reconciliations.
• Assist in internal audit and statutory audit processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls and statutory requirements.

Qualifications:

• CA Finalist, M.Com, or MBA (Finance).

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, Income Tax, and TDS.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and financial reporting.
• Experience in reconciliations and compliance management.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Candidates with relevant experience in Finance and Accounts are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates residing in Chhattisgarh will be given preference.
