- Proven experience in HR leadership (10 years or more)or a similar role
- Strong expertise in talent acquisition, performance management and organizational development
- Ability to design and implement HR systems and processes
- Based in or willing to relocate to Dehradun (H.O)

- Lead end-to-end HR operations
- Build and implement HR policies, processes and frameworks
