The HR Assistant will be responsible for supporting human resource operations, including assisting with HR management, updating and maintaining HRIS systems, managing benefits administration, and coordinating training programs for employees. They will also handle documentation and support various HR-related tasks to ensure efficient operations within the organization. Qualifications • Foundational knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management • Understanding and experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) • Basic grasp of Benefits Administration processes • Capable of supporting Training coordination and implementation • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Graduation in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
