GET (Graduate Engineer Trainee)

We are looking for motivated and dynamic Graduate Engineering Trainees (GETs) to join our steel manufacturing operations. The trainees will undergo structured on-the-job training across plant functions including production, maintenance, and process systems, with exposure to DRI (Direct Reduced Iron) and power plant operations.

Undergo rotational training in:DRI Plant operationsPower Plant operationsProduction unitsGain practical understanding of steel manufacturing processes.2. Production & Process Learning

Assist in monitoring plant operations and process parameters.Learn process flow of:Raw material handlingIron making (DRI)Utility systems (power, water, etc.)Support process optimization and efficiency improvement initiatives.3. Maintenance Support (Mechanical / Electrical Exposure)

Assist maintenance teams in preventive and breakdown maintenance.Learn equipment handling such as conveyors, kilns, compressors, and turbines.Maintain basic logs and reports for maintenance activities.4. IT / Systems (For CS/IT/MCA Trainees)
