**Role Overview**
As GM – Operations \& Execution, you will lead end\-to\-end project delivery across multiple infrastructure sites, ensuring timely execution, resource optimization, and client satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Project Execution: Oversee planning, sequencing, and execution of government infrastructure projects (specialised buildings, utilities, refinery etc.)
- Manpower \& Resource Management: Generate and deploy skilled labor and technical teams across sites
- Technical Oversight: Ensure adherence to specifications, drawings, and quality benchmarks
- Planning \& Coordination: Develop execution schedules, monitor progress, and resolve bottlenecks
- Client Communication: Maintain professional liaising with government departments, consultants, and clients
- Site Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently to project locations across states
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on progress, risks, and resource needs
**Candidate Profile**
- Minimum 15\+ years of experience in government infrastructure projects
- Technically sound with strong command over execution methodologies and site operations
- Proven leadership in managing multi\-site teams and large\-scale projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with government tendering, billing, and compliance processes preferred
**Education \- BE/ BTECH Prefferable**
Pay: ₹70,000\.00 \- ₹95,000\.00 per month
