**Job Summary:**
We are looking for an experienced **Lab In\-Charge** to manage construction material testing at the project site. The candidate should have good knowledge of testing procedures, quality control, and documentation. The role requires coordination with site engineers and maintaining proper lab records and reports in English. Candidates should be willing to stay at the site or in Naya Raipur.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage daily operations of the site laboratory.
• Conduct and supervise testing of materials like cement, concrete, soil, aggregates, and steel.
• Maintain test records, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with site engineers for sampling and testing.
• Ensure testing follows quality standards and safety guidelines.
• Supervise lab technicians if required.

**Qualification \& Experience:**

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum **5 years of experience** in construction material testing or similar role.

**Salary:** ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
